Enrollment Requirements:
In order for your child to attend school all paperwork must be submitted: green physical form, white emergency card, FIA clearance form for all adults working in the classroom, and have paid first and last month's tuition, activity/supply fee and manual fee. NO EXCEPTIONS.

For families with more than one child enrolled in the co-op, we have added a couple more options:
Option D: work 2 days per month (total), tuition is based on A option. Pay the first tuition in full the second of equal or lesser value 1/2 off.
Option E: work 4 days per month (total), tuition is based on C option. Pay the first tuition in full the second of equal or lesser value 1/2 off.
